She's seeking attention all the time, and he's trying to control everything.
She wants to feel her existence, by getting spoiled by someone, anyone. Especially by someone who abandons their current happiness and turn to her, she might think it is super stimulating. She totally falls for that. Wow...maybe she really hates herself that much.
And as for Joe...Well, he wants everything to go in his way. If they don't , he would "correct" them. However, maybe they're liars or/and bitches, but who the hell does he think he is? He's not the justice itself, and he's not the King of anyone, anything. He crossed the line.
