God saves those who save themselves

It's ten years since I've been away from home

This is as painful as always, but it is a day with a little surprise and enlightenment

A lot of times I think I am smart and did the right thing in order to fulfill the pain of others. It turns out that this is not the case. It turns out that I have done wrong so many times. On the contrary, I have hurt others. I found that in the past I really I don't want to love someone. I long to love and be loved. To learn to love others, I need to think about it.

After watching the TV series "Roma", I sighed in my heart. I felt like I saw myself in the body of the pullo. I saw all the characteristics of impulsiveness, recklessness, low control, and loyalty, as if it was me.

After watching the whole drama, power, money, desire, struggle, my heart is so tired......

The ending of the TV series gave me a sense of relief, in the words of a film review article

Only Titus Pullo is involved in big and small things, but looking at the fate of all the characters, he seems to be so out of touch

At the end of the film, pillo took the slave girl's hand and walked into the field of cattle and sheep

It's the best ending

Once money, power, and pride are contaminated, it is too difficult to let go. Tell yourself not to envy others. Your own happiness is the most important thing. I want this kind of happiness.

After experiencing battles, feasting, depravity, and imminent death, his life underwent an important change. When he let go of everything and left only the desire for love in his heart, God showed tolerance and mercy to him. When kneeling on the roadside and worshiping the deity beside the tree, he was extremely pious, and he learned awe, gratitude and contentment.

I am also a pullo, thank you for this show, for the people around me who helped me, and for myself.

Rome quotes

  • Gaius Julius Caesar: He refuses to meet me!

  • Cassius: Look now. Look at that.

Marcus Junius Brutus: It is a chair. What of it?

    Cassius: A chair? It's a throne!

Marcus Junius Brutus: I believe thrones are generally more decorative. That is decidedly plain, and chair-like.
