Magneto, you, you, don't get excited

The very tight rhythm, gripping music, and clever editing make this documentary, which was originally difficult to shine, stunned.

The contradictions and conflicts in the film are accurately grasped, family, friendship, comrade-in-arms, every relationship seems to be very difficult, every bad relationship is just like a footnote added to Jobs' products, everyone only sees it No one pays attention to these minor footnotes to Jobs' success on paper. It is often the invisible things that constitute Jobs' image of a full and imperfect flesh and blood.

This film is obviously better than last year's social network with the same theme. If the social network can win awards, Jobs can't justify it. But the best male protagonist is still a bit boring. Fa Shark's performance is not bad, but the hostility is a bit too much. I always feel that Jobs in the film stares at death one second, and the next second, countless metal knives will be aimed at each other. Fly away in general. No matter how domineering Jobs is in private, he still has to retain his elegant image on the surface.

Still, it's pretty good, and it's one of the best movies I've seen recently.

Traditional biopics are written about people, but this one is about people, and the means and goals are completely reversed, which is awesome.

    It's also a biographical film.

Steve Jobs quotes

  • Chrisann Brennan: What's the matter with you?

Steve Jobs: What's the matter with *you*? Why are you telling her these things? Why are you still telling her I'm her father?

Chrisann Brennan: A judge told her you're her father...

    Steve Jobs: No, he didn't.

Chrisann Brennan: And where the hell do you get off telling "Time Magazine" that I've slept with 28% of the men in America.

    Steve Jobs: That's not remotely...

Chrisann Brennan: Where do you get off?

Steve Jobs: That's not remotely what I said.

Chrisann Brennan: [picks up the magazine] It's right here.

Steve Jobs: First of all, can I tell you something about "Time Magazine"? I believe it's a training facility for paid assassins.

Chrisann Brennan: "Jobs insists," -- I'm quoting.

Steve Jobs: I didn't invent math.

Chrisann Brennan: "'28% of the male population of the United States could be the father.'"

Steve Jobs: I wasn't saying you've slept with 28% of American men, I was using an algorithm based on the blood test which said there was a 94.1% chance that I'm the father.

  • Steve Jobs: What the hell cam a one-month-old do that's so bad his parents give him back?

John Sculley: Nothing. There's nothing a one-month-old can do.
