Although the film is a typical horror film, the subject matter is not very novel, and even if it is possessed by evil spirits, it is only different from classic evil spirit films such as "The Exorcist", "The Last Exorcism" and "The Conjuring". The thing is, the devil does not simply attach himself to the human body, corrode the flesh, and torture itself, so as to make the devil's avatar come into place. Instead, the soul is taken away and the body is left unconscious. Attract souls to another world and imprison them. Thinking about it carefully, I don't seem to have seen this kind of thing before, if I have seen it, please correct me.
When watching Hidden 1, just like other horror films, the first half needs to be well laid out, such as highlighting the warmth of the family at the beginning, and experiencing terrifying encounters, which makes you have to worry. From the moment Josh really entered the underworld, the strange phenomenon he encountered, the repetition of the death picture, made me shudder. It wasn't a sudden fear, it was the fear of feeling that the surrounding air was cooling down in an instant. Because I was thinking at the time, maybe ghosts, ghosts, with dry ice and white smoke, with no end in sight, and the underworld parallel to the real world, may be right beside me. Worrying wholeheartedly that Josh could not save his son, and worried that Josh would be backlashed, among all the worries, Lurk 1 ended perfectly.
Speaking of the perfect 2, I have to mention "Silent Hill 2" that I've ever watched the most I look forward to, but after watching it, all my emotions and desires were put into the cold palace. I admit that the sequel is a continuation of the previous one, but continuation does not mean repetition. Don't worry that the audience is all fools and can't understand the sequel, so you desperately put the plot on Silent Hill 1. Rely on. Watching me grit my teeth in disgust. "Nima egg, I can understand, what are you doing in the ink?" Hidden 2 doesn't worry about this, it's never cumbersome, and the continuation of the plot is very subtle. Someone in the Josh family invaded the episode, which added another interesting twist to the infinite loop. Really like it.
When it comes to the film itself, it may be a question that many people are exploring, whether there is another underworld, the underworld and the like. Or the next world of the underworld - does hell exist? Many things, things, are not non-existent, but you can't see them. I think that's the scary part of this movie.
