It's worth writing a long review for this movie, but I don't know how to say it, and the story I read is very simple and has nothing to do with religion. This is a homeless sailor who was ravaged by war and returned to his normal life, but in his wandering fate he met a man who would take him in and listen to him. That man, in the sailor's mind, was not a religious leader, but a father-like, brother-like, confidant-like person. He gave the sailor company and trust, and the sailor stayed with him for a while to continue on the road, looking for the direction of the next life. In fact, this is a "road movie". You stop and go alone, and you meet many people. Perhaps there is only one worthy mark in your life.
A master in the eyes of others, a mere mortal in the eyes of sailors, both of them have a "beast" in their hearts. When they see each other's beast, they will sympathize with each other when they meet each other. One can continue to wander on the road, but the other is trapped in the moral shackles that he has made.
That's all there is to this story, it's just a relationship between two people. But yes, that's too good to say.
