An imperfect but worth watching movie

The movie is good, but I always felt that something was missing in depth, which made me want to complain the first time. But unexpectedly, I seem to understand all these slots when I repaint, it's a bit magical. . . Of course, the film is still a little naive in some plots, so I can't empathize with some places where there should be intense emotional conflicts. This may be because the audience for the movie is mostly children.

Let's talk about the good stuff.

The silver-haired Jack is really a little angel, and the character is also very attractive. The Easter Rabbit is also a cute and arrogant creature with contrasting cuteness. Santa Claus, Sandman and Tooth Fairy also have distinct personalities. The details in the movie are very attentive, and Jack's Frost is so beautiful!

The theme of the movie is also good, and the lack of plot description does not delay its good idea. Children who have faith and are guarded are happy, so the guardians who are trusted by children are also happy. The villain Insect Eater, like Jack, is an existence that is not trusted and valued by others, but Jack can maintain a kind and bright heart, while the Insect Eater falls into darkness, and the different fates of the two are also touching .

One last shout out, I love little angel Jack?

Personally, I think it is the only relatively good work in the generally low quality of animation in 12 years. Help children establish the correct three views, understand the meaning of team and trust, although animations in recent years seem to be taking the line of selling cute, but it is undeniable that there are still many things to watch in this one.

Rise of the Guardians quotes

  • Pitch: Do you believe in the boogeyman?

  • Jack Frost: Looking for something? Don't be afraid, Jack... I'm not gonna hurt you.

Jack Frost: [scoffing] Afraid? I'm not afraid of YOU!

Pitch: Maybe not... but you are afraid of something...

    Jack Frost: You think so?

Pitch: I KNOW so! It's the one thing I always know... peoples' greatest fears. Yours is that no one will ever believe in you. And worst of all, you're afraid you'll never know why... Why you? Why were you chosen to be like this? Well, fear not... for the answer to that is right here.

[the boogeyman holds up a golden box]

Pitch: Do you want them, Jack? Your memories? Everything you wanted to know, in this little box! Why did you end up like this? Unseen, unable to reach out to anyone. You want the answers so badly. You want to grab them and fly off with them. But you're afraid of what the Guardians will think. You're afraid of disappointing them... well, let me ease your mind about one thing. They'll never accept you. Not really.
