The film itself is not as romantic and touching as expected, and even feels that Annie is unfair to her fiancé by doing so, but this is love, and all reasons will become weak. The feeling is called Magic in the film, which is really wonderful. But what impresses me even more is that the "sign" that Annie often feels and mentions, because of this looming reminder, contributed to her final motivation, the motivation to defect and pursue magic. When Annie was about to give up the seemingly ridiculous idea of meeting in the film, she received a letter from her child, and she felt signed. When she and her fiancé were having dinner on Valentine's Day in NY and saw the lights of the Empire State Building forming a red heart, she felt the sign and went to fulfill that promise.
In life, people can often feel the sign, but at that moment, some people don't care, let them go, some people care, but no one responds. So Annie is lucky and happy.
