"Lucky Charm": "Lucky" who dare to be angry but dare not speak

A U.S. soldier was nearly killed by artillery fire while on a mission in Iraq. Then he found a light and shadow on the ground in the distance. He walked closer and picked up a picture of a beautiful woman. From then on, he took it into his arms as a talisman. After retiring from the military, he returned home safely. Due to the aftereffects of the war, it was difficult to integrate into his sister's family life. He picked up his suitcase and walked forward to find the amulet to thank the protagonist. I found a beautiful woman who has become a mother in a remote town, but divorced for many years. The soldiers stayed to work for their animal hotel, and thus began a rivalry for love that looked like a triangle relationship.

The film is a transformational work of the singing and dancing boy Zac Efron, from slick to unshaven, and also a mature style. But it still feels that it is not that calling with the heroine Taylor Schilling, and it is not as good as the ex-husband in the film. The story uses war as a background, involving various emotions of the characters in the film. This was a photo of the amulet carried by the beautiful younger brother, but the younger brother died accidentally on the front line. He was picked up by the male protagonist. He took the amulet to find the beautiful woman, deducing the coincidence of luck everywhere. It seemed to be talking about love, but what I saw was an accusation. The Americans, who have always had no concealment, have carefully attributed their man-made war sacrifices to fate, which is somewhat unexpected. It can be seen that for sensitive political topics, even if they are killed by friendly forces, they dare not be easily mentioned and judged even in a free and open country. It is a great irony to interpret the escape on the battlefield as lucky.

If death on the battlefield is attributed to fate, then the person who sent them to the battlefield can be called God. There may be people who dare to question God. There is a seemingly insignificant line from a soldier in the film, saying that his father and grandfather are both soldiers, which means that this family has experienced the baptism of war for three generations. This is a very strange thing for the most powerful and wealthy country in the world. A country with an indefensible status has to send troops to foreign countries to carry out various cruel wars all the year round. Whether this is showing fear or arrogance is a topic worthy of consideration.
