An excellent and realistic TV series permeating feminism .
About the plot: The secret of the character is closely linked to the main line. All kinds of deliberate misleading and flashing -back montage both successfully construct a town which is filled with rumor. Exquisite group portrait and cryptic dialogue in various degrees make a contribution to the climax in the end in various degrees.
About the characters: just tell it in an old-fashioned way, female is always making the drama. Madeline, Celeste and Jane, these three women, deep in the mud , striving to get rid of it, everyone is the mixture of complexity and naked truth, and I suppose that's why the episode moves people so much.
I was deeply attracted by Nicole Kidman's performance. she shows the kind of silent vulnerability, struggle, sober self-knowledge and deception, numbness, despair and hard forward, which can be call seamless.
