I watched Hepburn's third play. The first two are Roman Holiday and Dragon and Phoenix. The difference is that Hepburn's character in it is no longer an innocent and lively little girl. She is struggling with life and escaping from life. There are also many people who say that this film is the most difficult and challenging film for Hepburn, but she interprets this role very well. Hepburn in the play is still so charming...
This is also the first Hepburn I watched. A color film seems to prefer Hepburn in black and white, which can make people feel her amazing nobility...
I like the sentence in it: life's a fact, people do fall in love, people do belong to each other.........
