Courage-----I'm too lazy to keep a diary, so I'll use it to talk about it

Lately I have been thinking about love, or rather about love.

There is an idea similar to a certain point of view: the scary thing is not that there is no other half, the scary thing is not believing in love.

There are many people around who keep saying they no longer believe in love, or regard love as a pastime. I secretly thought it was all an act of lack of courage.

Every day people talk about hurt, betrayal, depression, depression, boredom, emptiness, loneliness. Several of the groups I swirl around on a daily basis are filled with similar topics. I'm getting bored.

Wouldn't life be much better if you had the courage to believe in and pursue love instead of trying to escape and anesthetize yourself in every way possible?

What makes our courage disappear? Is the world too cruel or we are too weak.

Please, be strong. As in the classic:

You know what's wrong with you, miss whoever-you-are?

You're chicken. You've got no guts.

You're afraid to say, "OK, life's a fact. "

People do fall in love. People do belong to each other,

because that's the only chance anybody's got for real happiness.

Well, baby, you're already in that cage. You built it yourself, and it's not bounded by Tulip, Texas, or Somaliland .It's wherever you go.

Because no matter where you run, you just end up running into yourself.

MY LOVE: Don't trap your true self, let's love each other.

The movie is three stars, one star is given to Moon River, Capote's story is beautiful, but it is said that the ending is changed to this? Hepburn is a bit old in this film, and it's the first time I watched her film. . . . . It's pretty contrived

Holly knows she's not happy, but she does believe she "should" be happy, she's pretentious but sincere, she's on the verge of schizophrenia, a happy Holly is a Holly of the Other , she is happy instead of Holly herself. The dog intellectualism of modernity is most vividly reflected in Hepburn's character.

Breakfast at Tiffany's quotes

  • Sally Tomato: [Giving his latest "weather report" to Holly & Paul] Snow flurries expected this weekend in New Orleans.

  • Paul Varjak: Holly, I'm in love with you.

    Holly Golightly: So what?

Paul Varjak: So what? So plenty! I love you. You belong to me.

Holly Golightly: No. People don't belong to people.

Paul Varjak: Of course they do.

Holly Golightly: I'm not going to let anyone put me in a cage.

Paul Varjak: I don't want to put you in a cage. I want to love you.

Holly Golightly: It's the same thing.

Paul Varjak: No it's not. Holly...

Holly Golightly: I'm not Holly. I'm not Lula Mae, either. I don't know who I am! I'm like cat here, a couple of no-name slobs. We belong to nobody and nobody belongs to us. We don't even belong to each other.
