I seem to feel the hidden romance and the ultimate psychedelic emptiness of David Bowie's Space Oddity at a certain moment in the film. Damien Chazelle is probably one of the few directors I've seen all the films he directed. The film focuses on introverted digging, which may be the reason why I don't have too many emotional ups and downs. I'm an extrovert, whether it's an introvert or an extrovert, I'm probably the kind of person who prefers or feels more comfortable watching Whiplash and La la land. And because of the male protagonist's silence and forbearance, his inner pain needs to be reconciled with himself, and he does not choose to share or just "talk" with anyone else in the world. Because of his special identity, he can throw all the hidden things that cannot be reconciled with this world into outer space. Because of the fascinating nature of the universe, his approach has a great and unspeakable extreme romance. But in fact, most people can't rely on outer space to sublimate their feelings, so it seems to be an important thing to grasp the connection with this world.
I also like the director's restrained description of the national justice and a series of political backgrounds at the time. There is no flag on the moon.
