Every child has their own abilities and dreams. He may lag behind his peers in some respects, but he must have his own strengths in some respects. It's a bad idea for educators to get used to evaluating children according to a set of criteria, like taking a model to see what flaws a child has. Of course we have to correct our children's mistakes, but we can't completely deny them just because they have difficulties in some way. In other words, it is impossible for us to cultivate a group of perfect children according to a complete set of plans, it can only be an illusion. What we really have to do and what we can do is to tap out each child's strengths and help each child realize his own dream.
