When you only have the last bit left, do you dare to risk it?

American films rarely have themes of difficult times. This film is very similar to the human version of "The Age of Pentium", or that "The Age of Pentium" is very similar to the horse version of this film. It is a story of the Great Depression. Because of the perseverance of a person or a horse, the salted fish turned over, and the entire American people in the low tide seemed to see hope, so they were cited as idols and sustenance.

The story is a true story. James Bullock, an out-of-date boxer, had nothing left because of bankruptcy. He had to rely on relief money to survive. In the end, in order for his wife and children to have a piece of bread to eat, and to avoid freezing to death, he stood up again with an old physique. In the boxing ring, on an empty stomach, to fight a silver lining. In the end, because of his unyielding call, things turned into a national movement.

I've always liked this kind of story, but despite the high score of this film, I think there's a chance it could be better. First of all, because the director has no talent, Ron Howard, an actor and a famous director who turned out to be a child star, I personally think that he can play Bush Jr. in the future, and he looks like eight parts. He has directed countless business cards, the firefighter classic "Ambition on Fire" Backdraft, "Far and Away" mixed with Tom and Nicole, "Apollo 13" by Tom Hanks, "Apollo 13" by Mel Gibson Ransom, Russell Crowe's A Beautiful Mind, all of them were critically acclaimed in the US, but none of them made it to my favorites list.

This director is too mainstream for me, and his techniques are balanced, so he is also a bit dull and has few bright spots. The film is also quite satisfactory, only smooth.

After a wonderful collaboration with Russell Crowe on A Beautiful Mind, Ron Howard cast him again in the film. Russell Crowe has put a lot of effort into boxing, and he looks good. The boxing scene can always affect my concern, which is still very beautiful. I didn't like Russell Crowe before, but this time he didn't pretend to be majestic, and played a humble and humble father with rich layers, which made me feel more good about him. The heroine is the popular Renée Zellweger, I really don't like her so much that I don't bother to comment.

Watching a man go all out to keep his promise to his family can't help but be moved. No matter which director made it, this is a movie with a good plot.
