Criticism of "Transcendence" is
heavy. My most direct and deepest feeling after watching "Transcendence".
It seems a calm film, but every second is full of shouts and struggles.

Even if they try to find comfort, they will still be unsatisfactory in the end, just like a fat girl trying to get a hug and understanding from Henry, but in the end Still out of order.

Because of the painful experience of childhood, because of the ambiguous relationship between his mother, himself and his grandfather, Henry has always treated everything with an indifferent attitude. Even if he rescued the girl Erica who had gone astray and went home, in fact it was just a sympathy for the stray cats and dogs, so in the end he sent her away, perhaps because he was afraid of establishing a relationship with Erica. Deep feelings, he was afraid that he would have too many more positive connections with the world, and indifference finally occupied the dominant in his life.
This kind of film that directly faces the characters' hearts, even if there are not too many contradictions and no particularly attractive plots, it can penetrate into the hearts of the audience more directly. Guide the audience to think and reflect.
The most memorable scene is Henry crying silently on the bus after watching his grandfather, while next to him is the girl Erica who is fucking an old man, and was slapped by the old man when he asked the old man for money. This is the only colorful plot in the whole film, and the only plot that makes people feel warm, but I don't have the slightest sense of relaxation, on the contrary, it is even more uncomfortable. Henry finally sent Erica away. He was not a killer. He did not want to have too much contact with the world. He did not want to stay in a school for a long time but was just a teacher. It can be seen that indifference is still Led.
The fat girl Meredith is the most tragic character in the film. She has a low self-esteem, cares about other people's opinions, and hopes to be recognized by others, but the reality is always unsatisfactory. Her creation does not even support her father.
