The more I drink, the more I like the feeling of drinking.
I like to imagine the life cycle of wine.
It's a living thing. I like to imagine what
happened in the year the grapes were grown . The people who harvested the grapes if it was an old bottle, probably a lot of those people died I like the constant change of wine like, if I open a bottle of wine today it will taste different than any other day because a bottle Wine is actually alive and it's constantly evolving and getting deeper and deeper until it reaches its peak like the 1961 Cheval Blanc and then it slowly and inevitably goes downhill and it tastes really good.
