Star lineup, the plot is more alternative

Directed by George Clooney, a movie with many stars together.
The jumps in the various parts of the plot are a bit nonsensical. It must be said that a young man likes to do it since he was a child. By coincidence, he made a TV show and became a CIA agent to assassinate others. Then he met his own woman and saw that he was at home. Mess around.
Then the incident happened, under great psychological pressure, and finally almost collapsed, but still survived and eventually grew old.
Maybe it's the problem of the movie, maybe it's watching it in the office for a while and doing other things for a while, maybe it's that the beginning of the movie didn't appeal to me. In short, the watching is intermittent and the plot is also intermittent, but stars are still okay.

In this world, the test master dares to adapt the original work that uses a refrigerator to solve such a complicated matter of life, and the effect of the adaptation is good! The film's absurd soundtrack and lines that are more delicious all add points to this dark story. But Indeed, the style of Kaoye's script is not very strong.

Confessions of a Dangerous Mind quotes

  • Penny: Do you want me around or not? Do you even like me?

Chuck Barris: Of course I like you! Penny...

    Penny: How much?

    Chuck Barris: What?

Penny: I need to know how much you like me.

Chuck Barris: I know what that means! How much? How could I read a person in that way?

Penny: You could if you felt it. If you felt it, it would be easy. You would

    [sighs dreamingly]

Penny: just spread your arms as wide as they would go and say: "This much, Penny."

Chuck Barris: Everything... everything is complicated. Nothing is black and white like that.

Penny: [cries] Do you want me around or not? 'Cause if you don't it's okay, just tell me.

    Chuck Barris: Hey, hey...

    [kisses her]

Chuck Barris: I love you, Penny. In my way. Maybe not that crazy head-over-heels-thing, but what is that anyway? Romantic love, isn't that just an illusion?

Penny: [stops crying] You just said you love me, right?

  • Chuck Barris: When you are young, your potential is infinite. You might do anything, really. You might be Einstein. You might be DiMaggio. Then you get to an age where what you might be gives way to what you have been. You weren't Einstein. You weren't anything. That's a bad moment.
