a trailer and a song

I remember the first time I knew this movie because of "Harry Potter". At that time, I was watching Ha San, which was also a movie from 2004. For the promotion of this movie, the trailer of "Polar Express" was inserted in the title of the Ha San disc. The next time I watch Ha San, I have to watch the trailer of "Polar Express" again. At that time, I thought the roller coaster in the trailer was so cool, I really wanted to ride it.
I came into contact with it later, when I was in the first grade of junior high school, that is, 6 years ago (2009). There was a class called "English Appreciation". The teacher was not an English teacher, but a handsome male teacher. When Christmas Comes To Town was played, it was the song sung at the back of the train in the movie. The teacher taught us to sing this song, and sometimes we would sing it in twos and threes after class.
Then just yesterday, I suddenly thought of this song, and then I realized that the song I sang in the first grade of junior high school was a movie that I had watched countless times in the trailers in elementary school. Very excited, and it happened that today was Christmas again, so I watched this movie. I don't think I can objectively comment on this movie, because this is also a movie that accompanied me all the way to big. The music is really great.
In fact, the plot is indeed relatively young, but so what?
I think, one day I will not hear the bell too, right?

The Polar Express quotes

  • [repeated line]

    The Boy: I believe.

  • Hobo: What exactly is... is your persuasion on the Big Man, since you brought him up?

The Boy: Well, I... I want to believe... but...

Hobo: But you don't want to be bamboozled. You don't want to be led down the primrose path! You don't want to be conned or duped. Have the wool pulled over your eyes. Hoodwinked! You don't want to be taken for a ride. Railroaded!

[Hobo puts out fire with the joe]

Hobo: Seeing is believing. Am I right?
