Utopia is a good idea, but unfortunately people's evil is ubiquitous, just like the movie said "change is never spontaneous".
The "Bible" has explained people very clearly. Whether you believe it or not, greed, gluttony, jealousy, arrogance... are all deeply engraved in the original sin in your genes.
The layer-by-layer classification is very real, both in movies and in real life. People with more money and power are more likely to do whatever they want, and those below have almost no choice. Want to change the system? Maybe it's okay to wait for the next species to die out?
