After watching the movie, and recalling my current job, it is really uninteresting.
If you work harder, the boss will be able to buy his favorite Porsche by the end of this year. It's a joke, but it's very real. The leader always wants to squeeze all your value in order to facilitate his promotion, you are useful to him, occasionally throw a bone at you, and then ask you to be grateful and continue to be conscientious at work.
They look down on you, they draw a pie for you, they use you like a slave, but they will show a high-sounding appearance, and sometimes they will pretend to be good for you. In fact, just like in the movie, they think they are at the top and don't want to talk to you, they are giving alms.
Of course, your butt decides your head. You say that you have become a leader, you have stepped into the so-called upper level, and you have sat in a relatively high position. In the same way, you will still be afraid of bullying. This is human nature, and there is no solution. Only those who are naturally kind or have a high enough position will really take care of the bottom.
The middle and lower classes are always inward, always fighting, always fighting each other for that little bit of scarce resources. For example, buying a house, taking supplementary classes for children, working overtime, all are for better resources. Is there a way to reverse this situation? Yes, of course, low desires, low demands.
Just like in the movie, everyone only takes a small part, but unfortunately when one person breaks the rules, the whole thing collapses.
But in reality, there are still many people who are resisting this morbid mechanism. For example, some people hide in the mountains, live in seclusion, and have very low desires. They do what they are interested in every day. If you don't chase wealth, you'll get rid of it completely. But some people will not agree, just like some people want to lie flat, interest groups will not allow it, because it will reduce a lot of power supply. If you don’t have children, you must be encouraged to have children, otherwise there will be not enough leeks, and the aging population and low birthrate will affect social and economic development.
When you are different from the people around you, everyone will come out and accuse you, why don't you get married, why don't you work hard? Go get married and have a baby, go to work overtime and get promoted. Then a lot of people are forced to accept reality, go against their hearts, and later become a part of them.
But this is not right. Your so-called success is just a false name. There is only one kind of success in the world, that is to live life according to one's own way . He succeeded. But he lived his life according to his own ideas, he was happy, and he was truly successful.
I've been watching Schopenhauer recently. Schopenhauer's wisdom is admirable, and it has solved many of my doubts, but things at work are still very annoying. I want to say to myself, things at work are really important. You need to pay attention and spend too much energy, just do it normally, be normal, see through and don’t say anything, there is no need to work hard at work, because no one wants to let you go up.
