This time, "Crossing Darjeeling" made me remember his name completely.
Like the previous two, the story line is a single positive sequence. Let me talk about a few impressive points:
1. Constantly switching lenses. In the narrative process, the director is constantly changing the camera to describe what different characters are doing at the same time. This expression is common in "Dog" and "Youth", so you have a kind of: I am God , I want to see him, or what she's doing at the moment. It may not be accustomed to watching it at first, but after a long time, it becomes addictive, especially as a friend said: he will stay for a long time when he is in the eyes of others. On the contrary, it gave me a strong sense of substitution, as if I was the protagonist in the movie who was going through all this.
2. Color. As for how the director has perfected the color matching and selection in his many works, I won't go into details here. Let me talk about my experience when watching the movie: comfortable. In the words of my friend tonight: It's not a particularly bright color, but I won't feel that the color of the picture is very monotonous. This shows the director's taste very well. 3. Narrative. Three of my favorite movie series every now and then: Quentin, Harry Potter (indescribably fond), and Wes Anderson. The characters under his camera, although their behaviors show a cute stubbornness and exaggeration, but the stories of their experiences are very adult, as if they are teenagers dressed as adults, swaggeringly doing what they want to do Son.
Unlike the feeling that Quentin brought, he was a yuppie, a violent cool, a release. And Wes Anderson is playful, quirky, and warm healing. After reading it, it is comfortable, relaxing, and a good mood to chat and laugh with friends in the dark.
Now watching movies is becoming more and more "choosy"... It's also a good thing, this is my "accumulation of taste".
