After reading it, I don't think so.
Because of the deviation caused by Chinese people's lack of understanding of Western culture and long-term one-sided misunderstanding. In fact, the two organizations that appear in this film are not two beliefs, but two extreme sides under one system, just like the black and white sides in Tai Chi, which seem completely different, but actually rely on each other.
Before explaining the analysis of this system, let’s insert a question about the logic in the play. The director or screenwriter of this film is very attentive. In such a film, completely different ideological systems from China and the West, science fiction and history are combined. In the modernist system, it is not only as simple as adding Chinese clothing elements and Chinese elements. Some say that the logic is chaotic, probably because they are used to the peaceful way of thinking in traditional Chinese education. To put it simply, postmodernism is to disrupt all the traditional and modern systems, and then re-integrate them. What we pursue is the chaotic logic to express the fragmented state of human perception.
In addition, let's talk about the sci-fi part of the play: it is the part that is ridiculed as "3D game" by some people.
In fact, it's not that simple. In traditional Chinese culture, this is a very important part. According to this drama, there is no need for generations to write on behalf of each other, as long as you detect your cells, who your ancestors are and what they did, all are clear, and it also allows you to experience it yourself and present it as a visual display~~ Isn't it awesome? !

Focus on analyzing the part of the ideological system.
Now let’s talk about the western part, because this is the part that most Chinese people don’t understand. Because of the lack of in-depth understanding of western culture, the Bible only stays in the middle school political history class, the Opium War and the burning of scientific prophets. of superficial and crude cognition.
Simply put, the two organizations that appear in the play, in terms of personal understanding, actually correspond to the Pharisee-style organization of the Old Testament of the Bible and the pursuit of personal freedom of belief in the New Testament.
Many Chinese people may be confused when they see this. The middle school textbooks do not say that a certain religion is an oppressive religious organization. How can there be a personal pursuit of freedom of belief? Therefore, the Chinese people's historical cognition of the Bible and the West is completely superficial in middle school education.
From the perspective of Western history, the Bible actually contains three stages:
The first stage was limited to the Jewish people. At that time, the West was still in the age of violence and fornication by the gods of Greece and Rome, and when the Bible was unknown.

Tai Chi does not need to be explained too much. Most Chinese people understand the meaning of it: yang generates yin, yin generates yang, mutual restraint and mutual growth, and the world moves accordingly.
So, in the end, what this show wants to say: order and freedom, peace and violence, are all part of this world, there is no absolute order, and there is no absolute freedom. Peace brings order, but violence breeds order; violence breaks peace in pursuit of freedom.
