Five star rating. I've seen enough sci-fi movies about Yishui'er's superpowers, zombies, outer space, etc. This film is really a clear stream. Even if the special effects are similar to Ultraman, it is hard to hide the amazing plot, which is really amazing. Alien monsters built an eternal night city in space, captured a bunch of human beings and played with them every day, so as to learn the reason why people are human. The awakening of a human being living in it brings about this story. I can't believe these human lives are meaningless and hopeless until they finally knock down that wall. I thought that behind the wall was blue sky and white clouds, and at worst it was a cliff or something, but I didn't expect that there was an empty space just a short distance away. Omg, seeing this makes me feel so scared that I'm hugging my mother Earth. Nima.
In the end, the protagonist replaced the aliens and became the god of the city. He can bring sunshine and rain to the people who live in it. It’s just that people are a kind of creature that seeks the bottom line. One day they will discover this fact, then the people inside What to do? Thinking about it makes me crazy... If the reincarnation in some religions is true, if there are gods who manage the life, aging, sickness and death of the human world, then in fact, we are just like these people. Every day is arranged clearly without knowing it. The film explores the meaning of human existence, and the final conclusion is that except for the protagonist, the lives of other people are meaningless. Ah, so sour.
