Just want to hear your voice

Watching "Runaway Jury" (English name "Runaway Jury") last night on February 10, 2006 , a complicated and unexpected plot with a little suspenseful color, and the dedicated interpretation of big-name actors...It is indeed a wonderful and unique movie. .

Lying on the bed, listening to Scorpions’ Still Loving You, it is indeed the heroine calling her boyfriend Koster in the phone booth, and her voice repeats over and over again in her ear: I just want to hear your voice.

The moment she said these words, she might not even know that she would say them. Maybe she wanted to tell him about the horrible experience that had just happened, maybe she wanted his comfort, maybe she...want to say more.

When she said these words, her face was swollen, her eyes were bruised and bloody, she was shocked, and with pain all over her body, in a strange city far from her boyfriend, in a brightly lit but full of evil night.

Before saying this, she experienced a desperate struggle. The mighty tall opponent hit her head, pinched her neck, threw her against the wall, and smashed the plank. She fought back, tried to escape, and almost fainted in the end. But she inserted a broken pointed piece of wood into the opponent's thigh, and finally escaped.

After saying this, she was no longer afraid, not afraid of being killed, but afraid that Coster would suffer the pain and loneliness of losing her.

Some people say that a woman will be strong if her lover is not around.

But I think it's because love is in a woman's heart.

The middle process is very tight. Part of the film’s success is to reveal the purpose of the two people at the end. The director is not without a political purpose. Eliminating the portrayal of the villain, the film itself is still very exciting. The villain's lawyer is innocent. As he said, his job is to win the lawsuit. Considering too many ethical factors, instead of being a good lawyer. Why did good lawyers end up spending no money?

Runaway Jury quotes

  • Nicholas Easter: I'm Nick Easter, sir. Juror number nine

Judge Harkin: And just what do you think you're doing outside of that Juror Room, Mr Easter-Juror-Number-Nine?

  • Nicholas Easter: So, what? I'm supposed to convince you that I have them, right?

Rankin Fitch: Oh, I think you've probably got them, or-or you will have. I just wanna' know why.

    Nicholas Easter: Money.

Rankin Fitch: Safer ways for a sharp kid like you to make money. What's the real reason?

Nicholas Easter: Business, politics, sports... you tell me what *isn't* rigged? I mean, is there even such a thing as an objective jury, Mr. Fitch?

Rankin Fitch: [chuckles] Not if I can help it.

Nicholas Easter: Then why should all the lawyers and guys like you make all the profit?

Rankin Fitch: You don't have much faith in the Law!

    Nicholas Easter: I'm agnostic.

Rankin Fitch: [laughs] I knew there was something I liked about you.
