1. Excerpts from the lines
1. "We should not stop exploring, all our explorations will eventually return to our starting point and understand the place for the first time." ---TS. Elliott
2. "After the game is before the game ."-----S. Herberg
3. Humans are perhaps the most mysterious creatures on this planet, an unsolved mystery. who are we? Where do we come from? Where are you going? How do we know what we think we know? Why do we believe in everything? There are countless questions that need to be answered, one answer will lead to a new question, and the next answer will lead to the next question, and so on, but in the end, will it always be the same question? and always the same answer?

2. Thoughts:
Lola died, even in fantasy, she ran twice to get the ideal ending. This is a bit similar to the "Time and Space Love Traveler" I watched last time, it's all over again, but the upper part emphasizes that it will be better to do it again, this one emphasizes that it will have a different ending, maybe just better than now. As for the butterfly effect that others say, I have a preconceived feeling. The background music reminds me of the desperate mandarin ducks from Natural Born Killers.
How to do it all over again or will it really have a better ending? We do well in doubt, or we do well in faith. When will life not be full of confusion. Are you really not confused at forty?

PS After watching this movie, I noticed that the original version is in German, so I chose German between the translated English version and the German version. Although it is not conducive to my learning English, I prefer to watch the original movie version, Well, luckily there are subtitles in Chinese.

Replay, the film magnifies the decisiveness of accidental factors in life, which can be regarded as a thinking angle~

In the first two paragraphs, the protagonist seems to have asked the other party unreasonable questions before (Lola asked if he was special and Manny asked him what to do if he died), and then they all died. And in the last paragraph, no one asked random questions, and the ending was good. So this story tells us that when looking for a partner, don't ask the object unreasonable questions, and you won't die if you don't die.

Run Lola Run quotes

  • [first lines]

    [subtitled version]

Narrator: Man... probably the most mysterious species on our planet. A mystery of unanswered questions. Who are we? Where do we come from? Where are we going? How do we know what we think we know? Why do we believe anything at all? Countless questions in search of an answer... an answer that will give rise to a new question... and the next answer will give rise to the next question and so on. But, in the end, isn't it always the same question? And always the same answer?

  • Manni: What if I were in a coma, and the doc says, "One more day?"

Lola: I'd throw you into the ocean... Shock therapy.
