The scourge of inferiority

It's great, thanks to my friend's "want to watch" to know there is such a film.
The film is rich in layers. The opening chapter reminds me of "Under the Tuscan Sun" that I watched some time ago. The cheerful and bright tone once again shows the charm of European style. Jude Law's acting skills are so good that he interprets the playboy's innocence, childishness, innate sense of superiority, spontaneity, willfulness and charming demeanor. There is such a radiant character, the hero lives in his shadow, envy, jealousy, love and hate, all kinds of strong and unstable emotions lead to tragedy. Although the male protagonist always escaped legal punishment with his ingenuity, he also lost the ability to obtain happiness. The death of Pitt at the end of the film made the audience regret not only Pitt, but also the eternal darkness of the hero's soul.
I heard a phrase on a talk show today: "Love is the ability to empathize with others". If you hurt others because you chose yourself, don't stress your innocence, and don't say anything about love.
In addition, the rhythm of this film is very good, exciting, and many camera angles are also quite good.
As for how the protagonist of the film escaped the law and evaded sanctions, the plot may not be rigorous. First, foreign countries may not be so particular about identity verification. Second, the film may have been around for a long time, and online file management has not been popular in 1990s. Just like "The Shawshank Redemption", it is impossible to get a new identity by writing a letter. Besides, it's not a crime-solving movie, so I don't think it's necessary to hold on to it.
I've been busy with things recently, so I've been watching this film while I'm busy, and I think it's worth the time.
I suddenly remembered that last year's drama series starring Lee Dahae from South Korea was called "Ms. Ripley". It was also about a woman from a humble background who was extremely smart and good at deceiving people. I think the title should come from this film, right?
