This is a real thriller, without too many camera skills. It only relies on the plot to put pressure on the audience step by step. After the film ends, it still leaves a huge shadow in the hearts of the audience.
Kathy Bates is undoubtedly the biggest highlight and core of the film, with a capricious character who can quickly turn from sweet concern to savage rebuke, she successfully plays a woman with schizophrenia. She can effectively convey anxiety, horror, madness, sensitivity and confusion, even with a common look. Kathy Bates' Oscar-winning actress is well deserved!
