The action is good, the plot is shit

There are many fighting scenes from beginning to end, those who like martial arts should like it, but the plot is rubbish enough... Except for the male protagonist, other special forces remind me of the Philippine police, who have no resistance at all, and died at the beginning almost. And the small characters of the enemy are all very good at fighting. It's ridiculous, and the protagonist's physical strength is also very good. I have been fighting with everyone for so long...
