blue jazz with blue jasmine

I didn't watch it as a serious movie at first, inheriting Woody Allens's consistent ramble style, and suddenly felt that Sanfan had the rush of a lonely New England (it's really not right), and didn't play the vibrant Silicon Valley, industrial, young people. The uninhibited and free Sanfan used to be a holy place for high-tech upstarts in my mind, but this movie is full of loneliness.
Looking at it, I couldn't help but write down a few lines I liked, especially from the dialogue between Jasmine and the two children.
1. With wealth comes responsibilities
2. Tip big, because you get good service and they count on tips.
3. There's only so many traumas a person can withstand until they take to the streets and start screaming.
4. He doesn't call it perfume, he calls it fragrance. (What's the difference...)
In fact, I also saw the shadow of many immigrants struggling in the United States. Everyone wanted to climb high, but some fell miserably. The hard work involved is indescribable.
The tepid Jazz is interspersed with embarrassing episodes as if everyone deserves it.
Blue jazz,,,blue Jasmine.
Is the name Jasmine very foreign? ? ? Okay I'm soiled. . .

Blue Jasmine quotes

  • [last lines]

Jasmine: [talking to herself] It's fraught with peril. They gossip, you know, they talk. I saw Danny. Yes, did I tell you? He's getting married. A weekend in Palm Beach means I can wear... what could I wear? I can wear the Dior dress I bought in Paris. Yes, my black dress. Well, Hal always used to surprise me with jewelry. Extravagant pieces. I think he used to buy them at auction. It's so obvious what you're doing. You think I don't know. French au pair.

    [Blue Moon begins playing]

Jasmine: This was playing on the Vineyard. Blue Moon. I used to know the words. I knew the words. Now they're all a jumble.

  • Jasmine: Tip big boys, tip big because you get good service and they count on tips.
