Because I watched the 2015 remake of the United States first, it was like giving myself a spoiler first.

The long shot of nearly 6 minutes when the film is about an hour has been recorded in the annals of film history.

This is the second Oscar nomination for director Juan Jose Campanella. He was not satisfied with the English title of the film, because "sus" in Spanish can be either "their" or "his" or "her".
