Some people will say that the film is advocating anarchy, which is straightforward and simple. The essential definition of a country is a tool used by the ruling class to protect its own interests. The wishes in the movie can be a hundred times better than the wishes in reality, but the reality in the movie may also be a hundred times crueler than reality.
