The movie starts out shockingly, the hero is dead. My tears were all delivered in the first part of the movie, thinking that I would cry until the end. But the plot goes from sadness to strength, a power that makes people warm. Surprised that the male protagonist would write so many letters before his death to pave a path of love for his wife. Holly indulges in Gary's letter, reminding her of their past. I thought Gehry was cruel, how to make the living more miserable. In the end, I learned that all this was carefully planned by Gehry. He wanted Holly to face the past calmly and face the future bravely.
What impressed me was that every time Gehry's letter was written with the words PSILOVEYOU at the end, which made people warm and safe. It turned out that even when a person dies, his love can stay, and will continue to stay forever. There is Holly's mother, a strong and brave woman. The same lost her husband, in stark contrast to Holly. Continue to comfort and enlighten Holly when she is most vulnerable. When Holly was finally able to have a face-to-face conversation with her calm mother, she realized that her mother was worse than her, but with her own strength, she was able to hold up the sky alone, and Holly finally let go. It reminds me of my mother, who will always give me strength when I am weak, and no one can replace it. Warm to the deepest part of my heart.
I like this kind of film, it gives warmth and purity on a noisy and dark day. I could see Gehry and Holly meeting for the first time, wearing colorful Holly and strong and handsome Gehry, the mountains and flowers in the background, how well matched, it is an unrepeatable oil painting. I think this is eternity!
