You can see a lot of British youth culture in this film, if the screenwriter doesn't write it indiscriminately. They play xbox, play fifa, and watch naruto. These are so similar to those born in the 90s in China. This film describes the marginal 90s. After all, they are all ages lacking family care and craziness. It's just this generation. Crazy is more capitalized, more advanced and more modern.
In fact, this film is an excellent social satire, which seriously discusses the biggest social problem in the UK, which is also one of the reasons for the trouble in the UK. With the help of the ravages of alien creatures, this film made people see that these young people are also humans and have not lost their basic moral standards. Using and selling that thing are two different things. The dialogue and plot in the film also strikes at today's society from time to time. If one or two people have an accident, it is a personal problem, and if a group has an accident, it is a social problem. Young people in Britain seem to be making troubles more serious than those in the United States. It is estimated that the majority of overseas students have suffered too much. If the United Kingdom wants to become strong again, it also needs to start introspection, just like China today.
I hope that in the future, there will be a film describing the special events encountered by the post-90s generation in China. It does not require a big star, but a well-trained and mature team is needed to produce it.
