The stunts are good, the plot is smooth, and although the plot is a bit vulgar, the use of nanotechnology is still somewhat imaginative. It is very enjoyable as a popcorn movie, and I think it is not worse than the Transformers series. As a popcorn movie, I hope the heroines are more beautiful and hot. Small question, when the enemy attacks the desert underground base of the special forces, does the base even have an automatic alarm system after being attacked?

Excuse me, who knows why the doctor rex still has eyebrows when the face is burned like that. I don’t want an answer like “that’s actually nano eyebrows”. I think when he finally wears a helmet like Darth Vader (Salute to star wars!), he must be excited that he won't have to get up early to draw his eyebrows in the future.
G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra quotes
-
Ripcord: Look, I think you and me got off on the wrong foot. See, I'm attracted to you. And you, you're attracted to me. And him, the damn Zen master, he creeps me out. What I'm trying to say is...
Shana 'Scarlett' O'Hara: We're attracted to each other.
Ripcord: [surprised] Thank you!
Shana 'Scarlett' O'Hara: [cuts him off] That's what your saying. It's not what I'm saying.
Ripcord: It's not. So, what are you saying?
Shana 'Scarlett' O'Hara: Attraction is an emotion. Emotions are not based on science. And if you can't quantify or prove that something exists, well, then in my mind, it doesn't.
Ripcord: Okay. I'll get back to you on that one.

Ripcord: [Scarlett goes flying of the bike and Ripcord saves her] I got you, I got you.
Shana 'Scarlett' O'Hara: Nice catch, slick.
Ripcord: Don't start being all nice now.
[Scarlett laughs]
Ripcord: I gotta go!
[puts Scarlett down]
