Too loyal to animation

Because I have watched cartoons, I am not surprised at all about the thin and childish plot in the movie. Going to the cinema is purely because I am depressed, my brain is chaotic, and I use it to relax my brain. But it doesn't seem to have such an effect.
The reason is that the film is too animated, whether it is a Paris street chase or a submarine war at an underwater base in the Arctic, it feels too much animation. It always feels like an anime remake. This film is a bit too special effects, so that people completely ignore the plot and characterization. There is no moving or exciting place in several processes.
Can't compare to Transformers, don't expect a sequel.

The more developed the limbs, the simpler the mind; the more powerful the special effects, the more silly the plot.

There's nothing better than a super battleship... The most bizarre thing is that the crew actually found a man like Zhang Jie to play a ninja who speaks stick language = =

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra quotes

  • The Doctor: So far we've created 20 Neo-Vipers. Nineteen stand before you.

    Destro: Is it working?

The Doctor: We injected 1,000 cc of the nanomite solution into each subject. When they finally stopped screaming, brain scans showed a complete inactivity of the self-preservation region of the cortex.

    Destro: English, Doctor?

The Doctor: They feel no fear. Cortical nerve clusters showed complete inactivity. They feel no pain. Concepts of morality are disengaged. They feel no regrets. No remorse.

  • Destro: Are they completely obedient?

The Doctor: Of course. The real world applications are endless. So, you tell me, is it working?

Destro: Send a team to rendezvous with Storm Shadow and the Baroness.

The Doctor: Consider it done. The Joes will never know what hit them.
