Before watching the movie, I once read a movie review of "Ninja Turtles" to the effect that the special effects are not bad, but the plot is a bit poor. In fact, this film is about a big villain (Bigfoot Gang) who wants to obtain the mutant in the mutant tortoise and use it to threaten the story of the entire city. On the whole, I think the second half is far more exciting than the first half. Maybe the suspense in the front is not enough, and the background of the story that should be explained is not very clear, and there are no interesting plots to attract the audience to watch it.
But since saving the Turtles, I've changed my mind about the movie. The first is the part of rushing to New York City. The special effects are well done, and the occasional jokes and ridicules make the film icing on the cake. In the end, it's okay to work as a team to win, but the only thing is that I feel that the emotional rendering is not enough, and the heroic color is not strong enough. Not enough to infect the audience.
In the end, I think the biggest flaw in the film is the dispensation of the second male lead. Either he is stupid, he is smart, he is funny, and the worst thing is that he has no character and looks redundant. The relationship between the heroine and her father can be explained a little more, so that the film will appear fuller.
