Although Dawn of the Owl's ointment is the cliche plot, and there are many scenes imitating sixties crime movies; but Al Pacino's deep and melancholy eyes are undoubtedly impressive, those large, sunken eyes are full of Inappropriate interpretation of the stunning Carrido, a large number of facial shots make Pacino feel a little tasteless while doing enough inner drama, but the woman Kyle has become a properly described symbol of the era. Pacino is excellent and enviable; in many performances that seem to go too far, he can always catch the audience's attention with his sometimes violent and sometimes melancholy breath. And this American crime film, which is accurate in both narrative and scheduling, has brought director Brian de Palma to the top of his career again, and has become a crime classic beyond Scarface.
