It does show the stupidity of a few people.
The arrangement of the scene at the beginning was a bit contrived. Many of Juno's behaviors before inviting his girlfriends to explore seemed quite wrong, including certain expressions and behaviors after entering the cave, thinking that she was premeditated to murder.
After seeing it, I felt that she was more stupid. In order to comfort Sarah and make myself feel better, I made a danger for everyone to try. Maybe this is a different adventure and excitement that a person with status (she is the niece of the congressman) wants Bar. But they are people who often like outdoor sports and should have basic common sense to have certain backup measures.
As for the monsters encountered in the cave, everyone will be more concerned about their own escape, it is normal to be scattered in the panic, and they will still be with their more intimate companions in their lives, not Who deliberately abandoned or betrayed who.
Juno originally risked her life to save people from the monster's mouth, but instead killed Beth by mistake. This kind of self-blame made her unable to face it, so she chose to run away. .
So, to experience the dark, cramped, and suffocating cramping of the cave in this film makes one's muscles tense; and it is enough to guard against the ugly bloodthirsty monsters that may come at any time around. Heartbreaking.
Although I prefer horror films that are "brainy" and "somewhat inspired", I always want to find something implied.
But this time, let go of my head and just experience it. Echoing the sheer horror that folly had brought upon himself.
