Probably because it's easy to satisfy, I can't find a reason not to give full marks. The pace is slow, I like it, the plot is great, I like it.
I watched the abridged version, so a lot of horror scenes were missed. But looking at the stills, it doesn't seem to be so scary, at most a little bloody.
The male protagonist is not at all afraid of the terrifying appearance of the female protagonist. He hugs her when she sees blood all over her body, and she is happy when she sees her. It's icy and snowy, even if they live in a frigid residential building that's poking around in the icy world.
Even though the male protagonist hopes that he will become stronger, in reality, he is always helpless to be bullied by the ruthless brat, and leaves because of the appearance of the female protagonist. I liked the bloody killing at the end, just straight to the point, which is in line with the heroine's character. In the end, it seems that there is a bully who has been sitting on the side. I feel that the heroine is quite clear about the level of hatred.
It seems that the original book said that the heroine was originally a boy, and after being turned into a vampire, she was also turned into a girl. If this is true, then the relationship between the mysterious male guest of the male protagonist's father and the two protagonists really echoes back and forth... There is a father and a son.
But, as a straight girl, I still automatically block the fact that the heroine was originally a boy from time to time...
Anyway, I like this movie very much, it's heartwarming.
