Lo imposible

Maybe the significance of disaster films is to let us experience the happiness of living in a peaceful world through other people's disasters, so as to know more about satisfaction.

Lo imposible, Actually, the story is just so so, is as like other disater film. The sudden and huge disaster destroyed some in an instant. lose house , lose famliy , lose everything , feel scared ..... the scene is terrible, scarred body and mind. Loneliness, fear, searching for the possible miracles of life. . . . The story is old, the ending is still the same.

However, some part was so warm. Such as , a mother whose life is on the line said to her son: you can do something. the despaird father cried in the cround that he can't find his family member; the man who save phone's battery in order to wait his famliy call back , but give his phone to other people ; when the find ohers , the moved tears. . . .

A good film can always bring positive energy to people. Let people still believe in the warmth of human nature, and believe that as long as they have a strong belief, miracles may happen.

In warmth and touching, the end of 25 years old, 26 years old is coming. A powerful warmth and contentment filled my heart. SO , NOTHING IS IMPOSIBLE.

Recreate the disaster, it's real to the horror, the boy really looks like Jamie Bell

Warm, boring, the ghost girl in the front row and the eldest sister on the side kept wiping tears on wet tissues

The Impossible quotes

  • Henry Bennett: Did you set the alarm before we left?

Maria Bennett: Yeah, it was the last thing I did.

Henry Bennett: No, I was the last one to leave. I was the last one to leave, and I'm sure I didn't set it.

Maria Bennett: No darling, I was the last one out, and I did. I promise.

    Henry Bennett: You sure?

    Maria Bennett: Yup.

    Henry Bennett: K.

Henry Bennett: [after a long pause] No, no, I was the last one, 'cause I went back in, and that means the alarm is not set, 'cause I didn't set it.

Maria Bennett: Well, um, I guess that means we'll be coming home to a large bunch of hippies sleeping in our bed.

Henry Bennett: What, just like your old college days?

  • Lucas Bennett: [Trembling and distraught, after he and Maria have managed to take refuge on a tree in the rushing wave] I thought I was a brave kid, Mum...! I'm scared!

    [sobbing]

Maria Bennett: [Equally shaken, moves closer to embrace Lucas] Shhh...!

    [whispers into his ear]

    Maria Bennett: I'm scared, too...!

Lucas Bennett: [Anxious] Is it over...?

    [Maria is looking around]

    Lucas Bennett: Is it over...?

Maria Bennett: [Looks around nervously as the wave recedes] I don't know...! I don't know...!
