Love and Lust

I thought it was a romantic comedy and I just started watching it. Can't believe how the plot ended like this. . . A little surprised.

The ring that was not thrown into the river was indeed Match Point, but the result was unexpected. Emily, who likes Chloe, has a clean and restrained appearance. Scarlett is so pretty and aggresive, she just keeps calling You're a liar. As the hero's friend said, You don't seem to want this other woman enough to give up everything you've achieved.

And that Dialogue like a dream, like Chris explaining his inner world. From the beginning he entered the upper class with one mind. While reading the famous book, read the introduction of the famous book, and make an appointment to watch the opera together.

Not being caught just made him more desperate for life.

Nola: Prepare to pay the price, Chris. Your actions were clumsy. Full of holes. Almost like someone begging to be found out.

Chris: It would be fitting if I were apprehended and punished. At least there would be some small sign of justice. Some small measure of hope for the possibility of meaning.

The paragraph at the beginning of the film: The man who said 'I'd rather be lucky than good' saw deeply into life. People are afraid to face how great a part of life is dependent on luck. It's scary to think so much is out of one's control. There are moments in a match when the ball hits the top of the net and for a split secod...it can either go forward or fall back. With a little luck it goes forward and you win. Or maybe it doesn't and you lose.

Completely crush yourself and present your dignity and dreams to life as a gift. Life will be what you want, more than luck, and a good life must deal with the devil.

Just want to say that the ending is good.

    Christopher "Chris" Wilton: No

[takes the diary and starts reading it]

Detective Banner: Were you aware that Nola Rice kept a diary?

Christopher "Chris" Wilton: [looks up after a few moments with a defeated looking expression on his face] no

Detective Banner: Do you still claim that the last time you saw Nola Rice was at the Tate Modern over a year ago?

  • Christopher "Chris" Wilton: I couldn't stand the whole tour thing.
