Heartwarming, what else?

Since "Stuart Little" and "Babe" ("Little Pig"), I have never seen such a happy and warm "Man and Animal" comedy.

However, unlike the above two movies, the penguins inherited by Mr Popper in this movie can't speak, and only use body language (and harsh screams) to express their emotions. There is no lack of tribute to Master Chaplin in the movie: Chaplin, Penguin, and Jim Carrey are in the same line.

As a cynical New York busnessman, Mr Popper has always been careless about his family. He has been separated from his wife and children for a long time, and has long since broken contact with his adventurer father. Until one day, when his father died, the only inheritance he received was the penguins in the two freezer... At first he strongly resisted, but gradually discovered that these penguins could help him regain the favor of his children and ex-wife, Mr Popper Slowly he recovered the naughty and kind big boy in his heart, and once again learned how to be a good father.

In the days when they lived with Mr Popper, these reckless penguins made a lot of jokes, and Jim Carrey was full of energy and just right funny, making these 94 minutes not boring...Seeing Popper as helping a baby Penguin solved the "personal problem", and when I saw the "great Chinese fish company", I burst into laughter. When Tom Popper told his ex-wife that the penguin couple had to live apart for a long, long time in order to divide the work and nurse their cubs, but they would always come home to see their wives and children, they were moved to tears.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the clever "Julianna" in the film "Flipped", Madeline Carroll, she played the role of Jim Carrey's teenage daughter Janie this time, with her teenager's problems... The
supporting roles were also wonderful, whether it was Popper The cartoon-looking lady secretary, his old bosses, still tried to blackmail his property staff and neighbors.

The children and adults in the theater laughed happily. Although my age is three times or one-third their age, it is exactly the same as their smile. Just as the wife of the owner of The Taverne on the Green said, "When I understand the relationship between you and your family, I will be at ease with you." …Isn’t that true for the audience who watched this movie? When she saw Popper's reconciliation with his wife and children, and saw that he loves his penguins so much, she did not hesitate to transfer the restaurant to him. It seems that small animals can really add points to a man’s charm and sense of security...

PS: This warm movie is actually very suitable for Christmas watching, more suitable for watching with your own children...
