It became an uncompromising spy movie.
1. The only clips related to racing cars are the Cuban drag racing scene at the beginning of the movie. The rest is all about drag racing for the sake of drag racing.
2. Because it has become a complete agent film, some logical problems are exposed, such as why not go to professional agents to perform such tasks? And just rely on this kind of street team? Why did Jason Statham join the protagonist team? Did they forget who Jason Statham killed in the last movie? While it's a popcorn movie, the overall shifting of the theme makes these issues even more bloody.
3. The villain played by Charlize Theron and the technological resources she possesses are completely inconsistent with her IQ performance in the film. This strange feeling becomes stronger as the film progresses. Because according to most movies, the villain should become stronger and crazier as it gets to the later stage of the movie.
4. To be honest, Charlize Theron was the only one who kept me going until the end of the film. And her performance in the second half of the film is really disappointing. But I believe the biggest problem here is the script.
