The biggest suspense in the film

This movie tells us:
1. No matter who you are, no matter what you have done, no matter how powerful a force is chasing you... Let's settle in the United States, where the whole family is the safest.
2. Bleeding for revenge will only bleed more - the so-called "reflection" is nothing more than that. What country, doctrine, nationality, position... It's all nonsense to refer to the movie. In fact, the movie is very superficial.

The biggest suspense of this movie:
Why would the male lead rather betray the country and be hunted down by the country than reveal the phone number of the contact? He has only eaten a meal, talked a bit, and bought a few times of information, and "Dad" can control his mind. Why?
