The argument of the whole film: whether a person has to pay for the righteousness of the nation, the conclusion is that there is no answer.
In the first two-thirds of the film, the male protagonist answered yes, but it was more in the family tradition and professionalism, but in the second third, human nature could not be suppressed after all, a man who loves the kitchen and small family. A happy person cannot bear the burden of everyone, and the country has no right to make him sacrifice his life for this. The most impressive scene in the whole film is that the male protagonist has been in a kitchen furniture store and the informant on the road to assassination. The eyes looking at the furniture store from the window are not only like, but also anticipation, looking forward to completing the task as soon as possible, returning to the favorite kitchen at home, for the wife and the daughter. He would not have imagined how devastating the life of a spy and killer would be to humanity. He still often picked up the knife, but it was people, not fruits and vegetables.
Finally, I don't claim to be someone who doesn't care about politics, but I haven't had a clear understanding of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict for many years. Who can explain it to the little girl in simple vernacular, bow and be grateful.
