"March 15" is based on Beau Willimon's Broadway play "Farragut North," a subway station north of Farragut Square in Washington, D.C. name. In the 2004 U.S. presidential election in the Democratic primary election stage, Bo Williamman served as the campaign staff of the Democratic candidate Howard Dean. Experienced creation.
The hero in the play is a presidential candidate's press secretary, and his career achievements are enough to make many colleagues much older than him envious. However, his one-night stand with a female trainee and the "secret room politics" played by seasoned traders brought him down in the end. The whole show is trying to express people's desire for power and what price a person is willing to pay to get it.

Using Rachel Wood as an intern is inappropriate. I have a hard time believing that this role is completely different because she is only a 20-year-old girl. The result is that the plot twists in the middle of the story, and then the drama is full of drama. Also useless. It's a shame that Clooney lost on such a small detail.

The Ides of March quotes

    Stephen Meyers: Like you?

Tom Duffy: Yeah, just like me!

  • Stephen Meyers: If you want to be president, you can start a war, you can lie, you can cheat, you can bankrupt the country, but you can't fuck the interns. They'll get you for that.
