I have had some similar dreams, where my body was squeezed into a small space, like being locked in a coffin, making it difficult to move.
It's a feeling of hopelessness.
There have also been many European and American horror films, and nothing was written down after a burst of blood, but this film overflowed with the smell of despair and penetrated into my heart. I don't think I should watch movies like this at night for fear of bad dreams. It can be very hard to face the long dark night after feeling hopeless.
This kind of movie always has these regrettable episodes. For example, after finding the exit, he did not escape immediately, but stayed behind in fear to appease his mentally frustrated companions, and then was innocently killed. The world seemed so irrelevant, or no one could escape it at all.
Maybe I don't watch too many horror movies, but this one is very successful in creating the whole atmosphere of despair, at least for me. The cube's clean and minimalist look adds even more spookiness.
I need a little debugging before I consider watching the last two.
I hope I don't have bad dreams tonight...
