future sci-fi

This movie fully demonstrates the power of the police in the future, and it also sets off the development of medicine in the future. Because the protagonist Murphy was severely burned, but was rescued by the doctor, he became a robot, and he also took all his medical treatment. The case has been dealt with, it can be seen that Murphy is powerful. The highlight of the film is that the director has reduced the fighting in the sci-fi film and increased Murphy's concern for his family and the work of the police. This makes the whole film more attractive. Joel Kinnaman, played by Murphy, went to the army to train for a month in order to adapt himself to the armor! But every film has its flaws. Like the others, it's just a very modest remake. The helmet reminds me of Iron Man, the locomotive reminds me of the Batman prequel, and the gunfight has become a CS game that is visual. Several parts of the old version are still not out of date even if they are now designed, such as the action of drawing a gun, the killing scene, the dissolution of the human body and the inconsistency. Heavy robots that can go down stairs are not retained, and all characters are flat. Even with its flaws, this is an overall review of a good cop. I hope everyone can be as meticulous in their work as Murphy.

The whole film is a little mediocre, and the more exciting pictures seem to be trailers. This is using the rhythm of a TV series to make a movie (and even this rhythm is a bit outdated)

In recent years, the remakes are excellent, using the settings of 1987 to comment on current affairs in 2014. The director is a bit too sarcastic hahahaha.

RoboCop quotes

  • Dr. Dennett Norton: He suffered 4th degree burns over 80% of his body. Lower spine has been severed. If he survives, he'll be paralyzed from the waist down and confined to a wheelchair. Mrs. Murphy, we... we don't have to do this.

Clara Murphy: I need to know everything before I make a decision. Please continue.

Dr. Dennett Norton: Vestibulocochlear, optical nerves have been critically damaged. He'll be blind in one eye. Most likely deaf.

Dr. Alan: Frankly, Dr. Norton and the Omni Foundation are the leaders in this field. In my opinion, this is the only chance your husband has. I'd seriously consider their offer.

Clara Murphy: I'm sorry, Doctor. I need time to think.

Liz Kline: I'm afraid, Mrs. Murphy, time is one thing you don't have.

Clara Murphy: You said you could save him, but what does that mean? What kind of life will he have?

  • Raymond Sellars: Alex, we need to work together here, because I'm the only one with the technology to keep you alive.

RoboCop: Dead or alive, you're coming with me.
