“There are plenty of others willing to call you a failure. A fool. A loser. A hopeless souse! Don't you ever say it of yourself. You send out the wrong signal. That is what people pick up. Do you understand ? You care about something, you fight for it. You hit a wall, you push through it. You can never let it defeat you.”
I was very emotional when I read this line. Needless to say, there is no need to say much about the special effects of the film. When I watched it, I went back several times to watch the transitions. It can really be said to be very smooth and perfect.
However, for me, who just finished watching the Indiana Jones series, I felt a little bit of aesthetic fatigue. Maybe part of the reason is because the plot of this film is weak and the characters are shaped like faces.
When I was a child, I still had some impressions of The Adventures of Tintin. The special effects of this movie have nothing to say, but it lacked the feeling of anticipation and joy that I watched on TV. After all, I have grown up.
The story itself has two stars, plus one point for transitions and one point for special effects. You can try to find the feeling of watching this kind of adventure story in your childhood.
