New Jersey is what Wanda borrowed to create a happy, eternal, war-free world. There is no erosion of death, manipulating consciousness when you want to escape, and speeding up time when you want to be happy. There, time is useless, as Wanda said nothingness. Life is a comedy from a distance and a tragedy from a close up, just like the sitcom style that Wanda likes. Wanda more than wished that all she had ever experienced was a mischief, like the details she revealed to the witch. In Wanda's recollection, the 1950's 1960's 1970's American plays sold by her father became her vision of constructing New Jersey. And this whole city is the Bandaid that Wanda uses to cover up her wounds. The show uses psychology to think about Wanda's behavior and abilities, war trauma, loss of a loved one, and excessive depression. From the aesthetics of the whole play, there is Cold war aesthetic, the first four episodes of the 20th century American retro style (home, hairstyle, clothing) technology is just emerging, the United States has entered an era of comfort and convenience, and even combined with the witch era of the ancient West, Dark gothic style, the aesthetics of the storyline of this show is simply five-star.
